SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
DAY 1: MONDAY
Welcome to Orlando! ESP Productions' staff will meet you at Orlando International Airport and motor coaches will depart for the beautiful Rosen Centre Hotel. Enjoy the warm tropical pool. Registration begins after 4:00 p.m.
DAY 2: TUESDAY
BUFFET breakfast. Motor coaches depart for Walt Disney World. Enjoy a day of fun and sun at the Happiest Place on Earth. You may visit the Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Disney Hollywood Studios Theme Park or Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park.
DAY 3: WEDNESDAY
BUFFET breakfast. Cast sectional rehearsal. PERFORMER Lunch. RIDE THE MOVIES AT UNIVERSAL OLANDO!
DAY 4: THURSDAY
BUFFET breakfast. Full cast rehearsal. Spectators observe final cast rehearsal. Lunch provided. DINNER AND ISLAND STYLE POOL PARTY WITH LIVE ENTERTAINMENT!
DAY 5: FRIDAY
BUFFET breakfast. Final dress rehearsal. Capital One Bowl (ABC-TV) featuring two of the country's top rated teams from the Big Ten and Southeastern Conferences. America's Best Halftime Show! Post-game video party.
DAY 6: SATURDAY
Hotel check-out. Airport transfers to Orlando International Airport.
THE TRIP
What are the age requirements to be selected and participate?
All performers must be between twelve years old and twenty-ONE years old as of December 28. Performers under SIXTEEN years old must be accompanied by an adult SPECTATOR TOUR MEMBER.
Who is considered a Spectator?
Families, coaches, directors, and friends may register as "Spectators". THERE IS NO COST FOR CHILDREN UNDER TWENTY FOUR MONTHS.
WHEN IS THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE?
REGISTRATION FORMS AND A $300 DEPOSIT PER PERSON ARE DUE SEPTEMBER 7TH.
Will I receive confIrmation notice after each payment?
YES! CONFIRMATION NOTICES WILL BE SENT AFTER EACH PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED.
I am the only person from my group. May I COME alone?
It is not necessary for you to travel with other members of your group. HOWEVER, YOU MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT TOUR MEMBER IF YOU ARE UNDER 16 YEARS OLD. IF YOU ARE 16 OR OLDER AND TRAVELING ALONE SELECT A QUAD PACKAGE AND WE WILL ROOM YOU WITH OTHERS.
May I select my roommates?
YES! DEPENDING UPON YOUR PACKAGE/ROOM TYPE NAME UP TO 3 ROOMMATES ON THE REGISTRATION FORM. PERFORMERS & SPECTATORS MAY ROOM TOGETHER. THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE PER ROOM IS FOUR. LEAVE SPACES BLANK IF YOU HAVE NO ROOMMATE REQUESTS. IF YOU SELECT A DOUBLE OR TRIPLE YOU MUST BE ATTENDING WITH OTHERS TO FULFILL THE PACKAGE. IF YOU CAN’T FILL A TRIPLE OR DOUBLE SELECT A QUAD AND OTHERS WILL BE ASSIGNED TO YOUR ROOM. THESE INDIVIDUALS MAY BE PERFORMERS AND/OR SPECTATORS. SINGLE ROOMS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE TO SPECTATORS 21 YEARS OLD AND OLDER. ESP PRODUCTIONS WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO KEEP GROUPS TOGETHER ON THE SAME FLOOR. MIXED GENDER ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR FAMILIES ONLY.
When will I learn my All American routine?
You will receive an instructional DVD and routine notes by mid-December.
What hotel will we be staying at in Orlando?
Tour members will be staying at the beautiful Rosen Centre Hotel conveniently located next to the Orange County Convention Center on world famous International Drive. We reserve the right to add additional properties if necessary.
If I am flying, who will MEET me at the airport?
ESP Staff members will meet you in baggage claim AT Orlando International on December 28. Complimentary shuttles WILL BE available between 9:00 A.M. AMD 9:00 P.M. ESP PRODUCTIONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FLIGHT DELAYS.
Are Chaperones Provided?
ESP Productions will have OPERATIONAL staff to oversee the performance tour. There will be a minimum of two daily cast check-ins and a nightly curfew will be strictly enforced. However, ESP Productions does not take responsibility for chaperoning performers or conducting nightly BED checks. It is suggested that each group or individual be accompanied by an adult SPECTATOR TOUR MEMEBER. PERFORMERS UNDER SIXTEEN YEARS OLD MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT SPECTATOR TOUR MEMBER. COMPLIMENTARY CHAPERONE PACKAGES ARE AVAILABLE TO COACHES OR DIRECTORS WITH GROUPS OF TWENTY OR MORE. CONTACT ESP PRODUCTIONS FOR DETAILS.

Many tour members choose to drive while others prefer to fly. Our goal is for you to arrive safely and economically. Orlando International AIRPORT (MCO) is one of the busiest airports in the country. Seating space is limited during the holidays. The longer you wait to make flight arrangements the higher the price may be. We suggest you book your flights immediately. Do not delay! COSTUME SIZES WILL BE BASED ON THE CHART FOUND ON THE REGISTRATION FORM. YOUR COSTUME SIZE MAY DIFFER FROM WHAT YOU NORMALLY WEAR BECAUSE THE MANUFACTURER MAY USE A DIFFERENT SIZING CHART. PLEASE BE ACCUATE AND TRUTHFUL. ROUND MEASUREMENTS UP. NO FRACTIONS. TO MEASURE GIRTH, PLACE TAPE MEASURE IN CENTER OF SHOULDER, DOWN FRONT, UNDER CROTCH, AND BACK TO SAME SHOULDER. HOLD TAPE LOOSELY. IF IN DOUBT OF SIZE, USE THE GIRTH MEASUREMENT AS YOUR GUIDE. COSTUME DESIGNS WILL BE BASED ON THE THEME OF THE SHOW. SOME COSTUMES MAY BE OF A UNISEX DESIGN. PERFORMERS MUST SUPPLY THEIR OWN SHOES, SOCKS AND/OR SUNTAN TIGHTS. COSTUMES WILL BE DISTRIBUTED ON DECEMBER 28TH AT TOUR REGISTRATION.
