PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Deposit
INITIAL DEPOSIT OF $300 IS NON-REFUNDABLE. THE SECOND PAYMENT OF $450 (DUE OCTOBER 7TH) IS REFUNDABLE UNTIL NOVEMBER 7. NO TOUR REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER NOVEMBER 7TH. IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION, FUNDS MAY BE TRANSFERRED TO A QUALIFIED REPLACEMENT, BUT MAY NOT BE TRANSFERRED TO AN EXISTING TOUR MEMBER. ANY TOUR CANCELLATION SHALL RESULT IN THE FORFEITURE OF ALL TOUR AMENITIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, COSTUMES, GIFTS, & TICKETS. HALFTIME TOUR CANCELLATION NOTICES MUST BE IN WRITING AND ARE VALID AS PER U.S. POST-MARK. ALL LATE PAYMENTS AND RETURNED CHECKS WILL BE ASSED A $30.00 SERVICE FEE.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Any Tour cancellation shall result in the forfeiture of all tour amenities including, but not limited to, costumes, gifts, & tickets. Halftime tour cancellation notices must be in writing and are valid as per U.S. post-mark.
