Dear All American,We are extremely pleased to extend an invitation for you to join us on the All American Cheer & Dance Pro Bowl Performance Tour in Honolulu, Hawaii. You have been selected among an elite group of cheerleaders and dancers to perform at the 2009 Pro Bowl and to compete for college scholarship money in our National Scholarship Invitational.
We have conducted our AACD Pro Bowl Performance Tour and Scholarship Invitational for over twenty years. This is an unforgettable trip for all who participate. Please join us in Honolulu for what promises to be our best year yet with the Pro Bowl Halftime Show. National Scholarship Invitational
As a qualifier for the Pro Bowl Performance Tour, we are pleased to invite you to compete individually for college scholarship money in our National Scholarship Invitational. We have awarded over $600,000 in college scholarships to cheerleaders and dancers across the country. We are excited to have the opportunity to help young adults further their education again this year. The top winners 9TH THROUGH COLLEGE FRESHMAN CHEER, DANCE TEAM, STUDIO DANCE, AND CLOGGING divisions will be awarded scholarship money to the accredited college of their choice. The package for the participant in the Pro Bowl Performance Tour is separated into two portions - AIR AND GROUND. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST PURCHASE THEIR GROUND PACKAGES THROUGH AACD. PARTICIPANTS ARE ENCOURAGED, BUT NOT REQUIRED TO PURCHASE THEIR AIRLINE TICKETS THROUGH OUR DESIGNATED TRAVEL AGENCY WHO WORKS TO SECURE THE LOWEST RATS POSSIBLE. PARTICIPANTS NOT PURCHASING THEIR AIRLINE TICKETS THROUGH THE AACD DESIGNATED TRAVEL AGENCY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN TRAVEL TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT. TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT CAN BE PURCHASED FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE. PARTICIPANTS UNDER 9TH GRADE MUST HAVE AAN ADULT TRAVEL AND ROOM WITH THEM ON THE SPECTATOR GROUPD PACKAGE.

AACD IS EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE THE ADDITION OF A COMMUTER PACKAGE FOR THE 2009 PRO BOWL PERFORMANCE TOUR FOR GROUPS OF 5 OR MORE PARTICIPANTS. COMMUTERS ARE ABLE TO SECURE THEIR OWN AIR AND HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS. AN ADULT (21 OR OLDER) MUST TRAVEL WITH THE GROUP IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE. PARTICIPANT AND SPECTATOR PAYMENT SCHEDULE
PAYMENT MUST BE RECIEVE ON OR BEFORE THE DUE DATE OR YOUR RESERVATION MAY BE CANCELED AND/OR LATE FEES WILL BE APPLIED. SPECTATORS' PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED WITH THE PARTICIPANTS' PAYMENT. AFTER EACH PAYMENT, AACD WILL FORWARD A DETAILED INFORMATION LETTER AS AN INVOICE FOR YOUR NEXT PAYMENT. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTICIPANT TO FORWARD ALL INFORMATION TO SPECTATORS ACCOMPANYING THEM ON THE TRIP. ITINERARY AND FINAL TRAVEL PLANS WILL BE SENT IN JANUARY.

Family, friends, coaches, etc. frequently accompany participants on the Pro Bowl Performance Tour. AACD offers a Spectator Package (varies in price) for these individuals. Details are included on this website please see below. WE CANNOT ACCEPT APPLICATIONS FOR 4TH-8TH GRADE without an adult spectator registered on THE PRO BOWL PERFORMANCE TOUR.
We have a limited number of spaces available for our Pro Bowl Performance Tour.
THE PRO BOWL PERFORMANCE TOUR HAS SOLD OUT THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS.
We will date each application as we receive it and will fill the number of spaces we have available.
Applications received after all spaces are filled will be placed on a wait list.
Deposits received while spaces are STILL AVAILABLE are non-refundable.

AACD ENCOURAGES ALL PARTICIPANTS AND SPECTATORS TO PURCHASE THEIR AIRLINE TICKETS THROUGH THE AACD DESIGNATED TRAVEL AGENCY, WHO WORKS WITH VARIOUS AIRLINES AND WHOLESALERS TO SECURE THE LOWEST RATES POSSIBLE.
THE AACD OFFICIAL TRAVEL AGENCY IS GLOBETROTTER TRAVEL AND THE OFFICIAL AIRLINE IS AMERICAN AIRLINES. PARTICIPANTS AND SPECTATORS SHOULD CALL TOLL FREE AT 877.485.2278 TO INQUIRE ABOUT RATES AND BOOK THEIR AIRLINE TICKET. PLEASE IDENTIFY YOUR DEPARTURE CITY FOR THE AGENT AND LET THEM KNOW IF YOU WANT TO TRAVEL ON THE SAME FLIGHTS WITH ANYONE FROM YOUR FAMILY/TEAM/SCHOOL OR CITY. PARTICIPANTS AND SPECTATORS WHO DO NOT USE THE AACD TRAVEL AGENCY OR THOSE ON THE COMMUTER PACKAGE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE HOTEL ON ARRIVAL, AND TRANSPORTATION BACK TO THE AIRPORT WHEN DEPARTING. TRANSPORTATION CAN BE PURCHASED THROUGH AACD ON GROUP DATES OF TRAVEL (NOT AVAILABLE FOR COMMUTER PACKAGE).
PARTICIPANTS (9TH GRADE THROUGH COLLEGE FRESHMAN) NOT PURCHASING THEIR AIRFARE THROUGH THE AACD DESIGNATED TRAVEL AGENCY AND NOT TRAVELING WITH AN ADULT SPECTATOR MUST PURCHASE GROUND TRANSPORTATION THROUGH AACD.

AACD Limits and Liabilities
AACD is acting as an intermediary in selling services and making bookings and reservations for airlines, hotels, land transportation, meals, tours, etc. This agency, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional careless action or omission on the part of such suppliers which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your group members.
AACD is not responsible for acts of God, breakdown in machinery, acts of government, or other authorities, acts of war declared or not, acts of terrorism or intended acts of terrorism, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, epidemics, quarantines, customs regulations, (weather) delays or cancellations of or change in itinerary or schedule, or any loss beyond their control.
AACD is not responsible for any additional expenses or liability sustained or incurred by the client as a result of any of the foregoing clauses. The right is reserved to decline, accept, or retain any person as a member of any tour as circumstances may demand it. Baggage is carried at the owner’s risk and baggage insurance is recommended. No refunds for tour portions or unused services will be made. Your retention of tickets, placing of reservations via a deposit or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above and agreement on your part to convey the contents herein to your traveling companions.
AACD cannot guarantee the availability of game tickets to people who are not traveling on the AACD ground package. We reserve the right to limit the number of spectators attending with an individual participant. |
