Change Fee
$100 per name, room or other change. If you can not attend, you may sell your package but will incur A change fee.
Late Fees
* A $10 per person charge will be added if payment is not postmarked on or before due date.
* A $25 per person charge will be applied if balance is not postmarked by the final payment due date.
* A $25 per person late fee will be applied if balance is not received on or before December 1st.
This is strictly enforced.

What If I Don’t Pay By The Deadline?
All accounts will be cancelLed with no refunds given if account balance is not paid on or before JANUARY 1ST.
What If I Need To Cancel A Person?
You may cancel any person at any time. However, all fees paid are non-refundable. If you simply want to replace an individual, you can pay the name change fee of $100 and the monies paid thus far will apply to the new person. See full cancellation policy below.
CRUISE CANCELLATION POLICY
strictly enforceD. UPA reserves the right to cancel this event.
Should UPA need to cancel this event, UPA will:
* Let the participant know within 5 business days of cancelLing the event.
* Return all monies paid to UPA for this event, including deposit.
* When possible, offer participation (participant will be responsible for expenses) in future events.
UPA Will Not:
* Reimburse any transportation charged incurred for this event.
* Reimburse any other charges (hotel, car, etc.) incurred for this event.
* Reimburse for any additional persons traveling with said participant.
If Participant cancels:
* All fees paid are nonrefundable. No exceptions.
* Participant may ‘sell’ their trip to another party.
* Participant or recipient will incur an additional $100 name change fee. |
