HOW DOES THE DISNEY TRANSPORTATION WORK?
IT’S WONDERFUL! YOU LITERALLY GO OUT THE FRONT OF THE HOTEL AND JUMP ON A BUS TO WHICHEVER PARK YOU WANT TO ATTEND. IT ALSO INCLUDES THE FERRIES, PARK BUSES, AND MONORAIL.
HOW DOES THE DISNEY MAGICAL EXPRESS WORK?
PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL, YOUR TRANSPORTATION DETAILS ARE TURNED INTO UPA. FROM THERE, UPA WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH DISNEY REGARDING YOUR ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE PLANS. DISNEY WILL SCHEDULE YOU FOR THEIR ELITE MAGICAL EXPRESS AND ISSUE YOU BAGGAGE CLAIM TICKETS FOR YOUR LUGGAGE. UPON ARRIVAL IN ORLANDO, YOU SKIP THE BAGGAGE CLAIM AND GO RIGHT TO THE DISNEY WELCOME CENTRE AND BOARD AN AIR-CONDITIONED MOTOR COACH FOR YOUR RIDE TO THE RESORT. YOUR LUGGAGE WILL BE DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR. NO HASSELS – NO WORRIES.

* A $10 PER PERSON CHARGE WILL BE ADDED TO EACH ACCOUNT IF PAYMENT IS NOT POSTMARKED ON OR BEFORE DUE DATE.
* A $25 PER PERSON CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED IF BALANCE IS NOT PAID ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 15TH.
* ACCOUNTS WILL BE CANCELLED WITH NO FEES REFUNDED IF BALANCE NOT PAID IN FULL ON OR BEFORE OCTOBER 1ST.

CHANGES
IF A PERFORMER OR NON-PERFORMER NEEDS TO CANCEL HIS OR HER TOUR, THEY MAY "SELL" THEIR TRIP TO ANOTHER PARTY TO AVOID PENALTIES. IF THE "PURCHASER" IS TO BE A PERFORMER, THEY MUST BE ABLE TO UTILIZE THE "SELLER'S" EXACT COSTUME SIZE, ETC. MONIES MAY NOT BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER ALREADY EXISTING TOUR PACKAGE.
NON-PAYMENT / CANCELLATION
ALL ACCOUNTS WILL BE CANCELED WITH NO REFUNDS GIVEN IF ACCOUNT BALANCE IS NOT PAID ON OR BEFORE DEADLINE.
CANCELLATION POLICY
strictly enforced. UPA reserves the right to cancel this event.
Should UPA need to cancel this event, UPA will:
* LET THE PARTICIPANT KNOW WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF CANCELING THE EVENT.
* RETURN ALL MONIES PAID TO UPA FOR THIS EVENT, INCLUDING DEPOSIT.
* WHEN POSSIBLE, OFFER PARTICIPATION (PARTICIPANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR EXPENSES) IN FUTURE EVENTS.
UPA Will Not:
* REIMBURSE ANY TRANSPORTATION CHARGES INCURRED FOR THIS EVENT.
* REIMBURSE ANY OTHER CHARGES (HOTEL, CAR, ETC.) INCURRED FOR THIS EVENT.
* REIMBURSE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL PERSONS TRAVELING WITH SAID PARTICIPANT.
If Participant cancels:
* ALL FEES PAID ARE NONREFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
* PARTICIPANT MAY ‘SELL’ THEIR TRIP TO ANOTHER PARTY.
* IF TO ANOTHER PERFORMER, THE SAME COSTUME SIZING MUST BE USED (IF COSTUMES HAVE ALREADY BEEN ORDERED).
* IT IS THE PARTICIPANTS RESPONSIBILITY TO COLLECT FUNDS FROM RECIPIENT.
