
POLICIES and DUE DATES
REGISTRATION DEADLINE
• ONLINE REGISTRATION MUST BE COMPLETED 28 DAYS BEFORE THE COMPETITION DATE.
• NO PHONE, FAX OR EMAIL ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. REGISTRATION MUST BE SUBMITTED BY A STUDIO AND WILL BE ACCEPTED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS.
• ALL STUDIO ENTRIES ARE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF PERFORMANCE TIME AVAILABLE.
• ENTRIES ARE NOT CONSIDERED REGISTERED WITHOUT FULL STUDIO PAYMENT AND A MASTER CONTESTANT LIST.
• BIRTHDAYS AND LEGAL NAMES OF ALL PERFORMERS MUST APPEAR ON THE ONLINE ROSTER LIST OR THE REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
• NO REGISTRATION ENTRIES ACCEPTED ON SITE; ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.
• UPA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY ENTRY.
ANY REGISTRATION RECEIVED AFTER THE 28 DAY DEADLINE MUST RECEIVE PRIOR APPROVAL FROM UPA’S REGISTRATION DIRECTOR REGCOORD@UPAINC.NET AND BE PAID IN FULL ONLINE WITH A CREDIT CARD. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO A 3.5% SERVICE FEE.
ACCOUNT ACCESS
STUDIOS WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THEIR ACCOUNT REGISTRATION INFORMATION 24/7. ALL STUDIOS WILL BE GIVEN AN ACCOUNT NUMBER AND PASSCODE FOR LOGIN. PAST STUDIO ATTENDEES WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THEIR ONLINE ACCOUNT. THEY WILL NOT NEED TO RE-ENTER ALL THE INFORMATION AGAIN. WAIVERS MUST ONLY BE SUBMITTED ONCE FOR OUR FILES. NO NEED TO COLLECT EVERY YEAR.
TIMELINE
SCHEDULES WILL BE POSTED ONE WEEK BEFORE THE EVENT. EACH ACCOUNT WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL OF THE POSTING. ACCOUNT CONTACT MUST NOTIFY UPA’S REGISTRATION DIRECTOR IMMEDIATELY OF ANY SCHEDULE CONFLICTS AND/OR CHANGE REQUESTS. THE COMPETITION WILL START NO EARLIER THAN 7:00 AM AND GO NO LATER THAN 10:30 PM ON SUNDAYS.
DUE DATES & LATE FEES
DEADLINE DATE - 28 DAYS PRIOR – WAIVERS & FULL PAYMENT DUE.
LATE FEES
$5.00 PER ENTRY WILL BE ADDED FOR ADDITIONS OR CHANGES MADE AFTER THE FINAL COMPETITION SCHEDULE HAS BEEN POSTED.
14 DAYS PRIOR – A $100 LATE FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR ACCOUNT. WAIVERS & FULL PAYMENT DUE.
7 DAYS PRIOR – AN ADDITIONAL $100 LATE FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR ACCOUNT. WAIVERS & FULL PAYMENT DUE.
PAYMENTS
PAYMENTS MUST BE SENT ON A STUDIO CHECK, CASHIERS CHECK, MONEY ORDER OR CREDIT CARD. CREDIT CARDS WILL BE ASSESSED A 3.5% SERVICE CHARGE. INDIVIDUAL PAYMENTS NOT ACCEPTED.
RETURNED CHECKS
A $50 PER CHECK CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED TO ANY STUDIO THAT HAS PAYMENTS RETURNED BY THE BANK AS ‘UNPAID’. THESE STUDIOS WILL BE REQUIRED TO MAKE FUTURE PAYMENTS BY MONEY ORDER, CASHIER’S CHECK OR CREDIT CARD. ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO A 3.5% SERVICE CHARGE.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A FULL REFUND, LESS $100 PER ROUTINE, WILL BE GIVEN UP UNTIL THE DEADLINE.
